A course that teaches you how to enhance the rooms and prepare a property to be rented or sold: a service that is becoming increasingly popular throughout the country.

Discover how to maximise the potential of an environment in order to create positive feelings of well-being.

The home stager is an increasingly sought-after specialist for putting real estate on the market successfully and competitively. The combination of analytical, design, and communication skills will enable you to transform any space into a welcoming environment that will make people fall in love at first sight. Not only private homes: this course will prepare you for working efficiently in commercial premises, offices, restaurants, hotels, as well as bed and breakfasts. You will be able to understand the dynamics of the real estate market and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. By the end of this course, you will be a qualified professional, ready to launch (or relaunch) your business, able to attract potential buyers right away and have them say: “yes, this is the perfect house for me”.

Information to decide

From conception to completion, you will develop your home staging project.

The course combines theory and practice, with classroom and on-the-job exercises, in a comprehensive training framework. The process begins with the acquisition of the tools and methodologies needed for organising and developing a home staging or relooking project. A particular emphasis is placed on the techniques of photographic rendering. As part of the course, you will also be exposed to real estate market analyses and trends.

You will have the opportunity to put the theoretical skills acquired into practice by testing different staging solutions on a property. Additionally, you will deal with the design of the advertisement and the relevant photo book.

Do you have what it takes to become a home stager? This course could be a great opportunity for you if you have an interest in furniture and interior design, as well as knowledge of property marketing, set design and photography. It is perfect for individuals who wish to combine their technical and creative skills in a new industry that has revolutionised the real estate sector in recent years.

No specific qualifications or knowledge of technical drawing and 3D modelling are required.

In this course, you will learn how to become a home staging expert. In fact, you will learn all the secrets of a profession that is becoming increasingly important to investors and estate agents throughout the country. In fact, the sector is paying increasing attention to the quality of services it offers and to the way properties are advertised.

In order to create an environment that is irresistible to buyers, it is essential to possess specific skills and dynamics, which will be explained and practised during the training. As well as realising the physical space, you will also test your skills with online advertising on a variety of channels, ranging from the property sales website to social media publications.

The course also provides an overview of the legal, contractual, and business planning aspects of starting a business as a home stager.

Syllabus

The course is divided into four parts: two of a methodological and practical nature, and two of a design and narrative approach. During the first lessons, you will master the theoretical knowledge necessary to create and develop a home staging or relooking project. The second part focuses on real-life case studies and the development of the ideas at every stage.
